Check in / check out
We prefer guests to arrive between 4pm-7pm unless otherwise agreed. We do understand that guests may experience travel difficulties but we would grateful if you keep us informed of any delays.
Parking
Although we do provide off road parking, all vehicles and their contents are left at the owners risk
Payment
Upon booking we will take your credit/debit card details to reserve the room for your chosen dates. If your booking is cancelled 7 days or more before your arrival by either, letter, or e-mail only then no charge will be made. If your booking is cancelled less than 7 days before your arrival or in the event of a 'no show' then 50% of the entire booking will be taken from your card. We request that you make full payment for your stay on the morning you checkout unless your stay exceeds 7 days when we would request payment at 7 day intervals. Please note all credit card transactions will incur a 2.8% charge. We cannot be held responsible for any national grid power cuts or failure. Any personal items left at Four Seasons will be returned if possible but we cannot be held responsible for any such loss.
Breakages
Any breakages caused by a guest within the property or damage to the property itself will be charged to the guests card.
Privacy
Whilst we will do our upmost to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible we do ask that you also respect other guests and refrain from playing music or television too loud. We also ask that if your stay involves late evening or early morning returns to Four Seasons please keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests staying.
Children
We are only able to accept children aged 12 years or over
Pets
We are unable to accept any pets
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted to any interior area of Four Seasons. Any guest found to have smoked in the property will be charged a minimum of £100.00 cleaning charge plus the cost of any replacement furnishings required.
Breakfast / Dining Area
A complimentary continental breakfast is available for guests from 7.30am-10am. If you require breakfast outside of these hours then please ask the night before or at booking and we will do our upmost to accommodate. There is a microwave available for guests to use between the hours of 5pm-7.30pm but we do ask that no hot food is consumed in the bedrooms.
